Non-Delivery Report Form

If you believe a delivery is overdue, please check the following before submitting a report -
» From our previous emails - what was the date of despatch, and type of delivery chosen?
» From that date of despatch, has the estimated maximum transit time expired?
» Postal workers sometimes run out of "collect from depot" cards - did you check with the depot?
» Have you checked if family, friends, or neighbours signed for your delivery & have your package?
» Did you pay for postal / shipping insurance? (If uninsured, your package was sent under F.O.B. Terms at your risk as per our Terms of Sale)..

If you paid for postal/shipping insurance (C.I.F. Terms) and the above steps confirm your package is overdue, but fail to locate it, then please fill in this form completely...

» After this, the form will be shown in a printer friendly format.
» Please print this form, sign it, then send it by post to the address supplied on the printed version.
» A signed copy is needed to progress any non-delivery claim.
