Plain English Payments, Returns, & Refunds Policies

Simplified Payments Policy
When you shop at LongRangeLogistics.com (LRL) you are offered a number of payment method options during the checkout process. Most customers opt for an immediate payment method using one of the various online payment processors offered. Sometimes however, you may want to use one of the postal or bank transfer payment methods offered.

If you choose one of the non-immediate payment methods, we must receive your payment within 10 days of you placing your order, and we will despatch your goods once your payment has cleared into our bank account.

If for any reason your payment does not clear, then your order will be treated in accordance with our Standard Terms of Sale..

Simplified Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods once they arrive, then please note the following -

Return requests must be advised to LRL within 7 days of delivery, and are approved at our discretion.
Returned items must be received by us within 21 days of original delivery to you.
Returns for non-fault reason are at buyers expense for all postage, and subject to 10% administration and restocking charge.
Returns for incorrect or damaged goods are at our postal expense after receiving the returned item(s) for replacement. Proof of goods or condition received, in the form of photos by email might be requested before approving the return (this is often the quickest method of verifying any problem reported).
Damage in transit liability is accepted only when shipping insurance was paid by you before despatch.

Simplified Refunds Policy
UK & EC Distance Selling Regulations state you have 7 days to advise a return request due to "change of mind" or similar reasons. We are in Thailand and not bound by those laws, but adhere to the spirit of them.

If you return goods -

Returns for non-fault reason are at buyers expense for all postage, and subject to 10% administration and restocking charge deducted from the item price before issuing refunds or purchase credits. At our discretion, we may waive that charge for regular retail customers.
Returns for incorrect or damaged goods are normally corrected by issuing replacement items or full-value purchase credits, not by giving refunds (we will refund your return costs for postage).
Refunds are issued only in the most exceptional of circumstances.
Our normal policy is to issue replacements or purchase credits.

Immediate transfers from any country to our Thailand bank account, or our local WU branch, in your currency. Within Thailand we have to prove identity by showing a passport or national ID card before your payment is passed to us.
