General Privacy Agreement

Long Range Logistics (abbr. LRL) (we or us) respects and protects the privacy of customers (you or your).

We will only collect such information from you as is needed by us to fulfil orders you place with us.  Any additional information supplied by you is voluntary and unsolicited.  By using this site, you guarantee and indemnify us that all information supplied by you is yours, valid, and correct, and that you are authorised to provide it to us in the purpose for which you supply it.

Information Collection and Use
Information collected on this site will not be sold, shared or rented to others, never made available to third party vendors, and never sold to mailing list distributors.

In using this site we will ask you for billing, delivery and contact information, which is required to process your purchase(s).  Billing and delivery information is required to obtain payment for, and deliver your purchase(s) to you.  Contact information is required in case there are queries or problems regarding your purchase(s).  All customer information stored on our servers about you personally, can be accessed or modified by you, at any time, by logging into your "My Account" with your email address and password.

Your name & address will be passed only to -

- the payment service(s) you choose to use during the checkout process - for security checking and sale authorisation. 

- the delivery facilitator you choose during the checkout process (e.g. Thai Post, DHL / FedEx / UPS couriers etc) to enable them to make delivery.  

- downstream delivery sub-contractors tasked with intermediate or final delivery (e.g. your own country's postal service).

Credit and Debit Card Information
LRL uses secure, third-party, payment processors (e.g. PayPal) to process credit card and debit card orders.  We do not have any access to any of your credit or debit card information at any time.  When you purchase from Long Range Logistics, you are transferred to the secure servers of our payment processors. 
  

Cookies
This website uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of your private information; they serve only to store items in your shopping basket, or to recognize you as a registered customer when you login to access your account. This prevents unauthorized users from accessing your private information.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users movements within the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

The Long Range Logistics website may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site, and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. The privacy statement on this page applies solely to information collected by this website.

Email Notifications
When you register as a customer, you will receive an automated email containing your customer login details.  When you purchase goods from us, you will receive an automated receipt by email. We only email you in person if we need to clarify details about your order or if we are responding to your questions or queries.
  
Email Communications and Newsletters
We send out occasional email newsletters to our customers. Our newsletters contain information about new products, special promotions, product updates, discounts and unique offers.  You have the option to unsubscribe at any time by logging into your customer account area and updating your Newsletter Preferences.
  
We reserve the right to modify these policies for any reason at any time.  If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post notice of, and a link to, those changes on our homepage, making users aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
